A smart rental and housing web solution connecting landlords and tenants with secure listing, approval, and payment workflows — built with full-stack technologies and role-based dashboards.
BasaFinder is a comprehensive rental housing platform built for landlords, tenants, and administrators. It allows landlords to post and manage rental properties, tenants to search and request rentals, and admins to oversee the entire system.
It features secure JWT-based authentication, role-specific dashboards, rental request workflows, and optional payment integration using Stripe or ShurjoPay. Landlords can manage listings and approve requests; tenants can view approved listings and make payments accordingly.
This project was developed as a team effort with strong focus on modularity, authorization, and real-world housing problem-solving. I was responsible for the Landlord Module, which included API development, dashboard UI, and protected route handling.
